I blamed it on the cold weather but I know it's just an excuse. In order for me to get into the habit of working out again, I need to be motivated first which is usually by a little weight loss. So please if you have any suggestions, I'm all ears!! $\:\)$ Sparky123

Truthfully in my case though, a natural appetite suppressant and I'm not even being remotely funny is stress and nerves. I eat NOTHING when these two happen. Most people binge, I am the complete opposite. I can say without a doubt, it most certainly is natural $\:\($ . I did hear though, that caffeine is considered an appetite suppressant. Also people who smoke don't eat as much, something about nicotine I think. I hope it doesn't happen to you too often though!! ((hugs)) Jewelle, I will eventually get back to exercising. In fact, I have started walking around my community a couple times a week (1 mile each time). Once I lose some weight, I'll get back on the elliptical. Roo, I've heard some things about Apple Cider Vinegar - that it works but tastes awful. I will do some more research on it though!! To all: I googled "hoodia" and found SO MUCH information. Don't know what's true and what's not. Everyone claims theirs is the best, that they're certified to sell it, yada yada yada. I went ahead and ordered Desert Burn. I'm going to try it out with DH once it arrives. I'll keep you posted!!
