Does anyone know of any? I stopped exercising a couple of months ago. I blamed it on the cold weather but I know it's just an excuse. In order for me to get into the habit of working out again, I need to be motivated first which is usually by a little weight loss.
So please if you have any suggestions, I'm all ears!!

I couldn't actually say chemically which suppressant would work, there are a lot of pills out there that proclaim they work. Truthfully in my case though, a natural appetite suppressant and I'm not even being remotely funny is stress and nerves. I eat NOTHING when these two happen. Most people binge, I am the complete opposite. I can say without a doubt, it most certainly is natural . I did hear though, that caffeine is considered an appetite suppressant. Also people who smoke don't eat as much, something about nicotine I think.

Exercise. For me anyway!! I have noticed when I exercise I'm not as hungry. Course, not lightweight exercise but more vigorous type. Other than that, not much help, sorry!!!

Fiber is a better choice, good call Bling! I joined Weight Watchers 3 weeks ago and that's one of the five things you have to have a lot of everyday.
