I realize this is not the customer gallery II, but I wanted to make sure Wink saw it, and I've been working closely with a few ladies who had asked me about where we moved to (I do not recommend it unless you can't avoid it, lol).

So, here are the pics. The kids and I moved from a 4,000 square foot monstrosity that was hard to heat in the winter, to an adorable dollhouse (read: there is no escape for mom!) that the kids are being trained to keep clean. The desk with the computer in the living room is now where my office space is. Notice the tv is right next to it, which means the kids will often be trying to vye for attention while I am on the phone with my boss, clients, or diamond vendors. So, if I do talk to any of you on the phone, and my children are being rather boisterous, I apologize. \:\)

Enjoy the pics.

Home Sweet Home! We're renting, but I can't think of a more charming place to be right now.

We actually have next-door neighbors that we can SEE!

Can't have the camera out without taking Ruby's picture too, lol...

After YEARS of not being able to play in the dirt, I have the most charming gardens!

The flowers smell so amazing, I couldn't resist making a bouquet. My kitchen is filled with their scent!

There is even a little fountain in the back yard!

I of course had to add my own girly-girl touches to my favorite sitting spot...there are LED lights hidden in the flowers on the banisters. At night it gives a romantic look without using much energy or attracting bugs with the typical light heat.

The living room...gotta love hardwood floors!

When you open the front door, the stairway is right in front of you. Anyone know what this style of home is called (aside from tiny)?

The kitchen is the best part...its efficient, well-organized, and I can grab the ketchup from the fridge without getting up from the table!

And the kids love the back yard...

Make no mistake, we are indeed still in the country, but now we have people around, flat ground, and no mountain!

The back of the house...

And that's the two-cent tour. \:\)

It really is charming! Beautiful! Is that type of house called a split-level? Our house is like that too, we have five-stair steps that lead up to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Aw, such a cute house!! What year was it built? Looks like it could be a colonial farmhouse?

That's great. I love that you are in the country, but still have neighbors. As a single mom w/kids (me too) that's important! Hopefully your neighbors are NICE.

Soo cute,I believe it is a colonial. A splitlevel usually has 3+ levels.

What a wonderful home that looks like! Smaller definitely has its advantages and it sure looks comfy!
