Okay, so my impatient self went and got a 4-DVD set w/bands of the Winsor already (off of ebay for $22)before I saw your Lizbeth post. Is she better? I went speed walking on the beach (barefoot along the water), and it inspired me to really start getting into shape... I feel fat!
