Oh MAN. You all are making me want an Emerald Asha. Now. LOL DH isn't too keen on me switching out my ER ring though... He prefers that I stick with one wedding/engagement ring and wear it. It took FOREVER for me to convince him to let me choose my upgrade... I guess he is just an old fashioned guy... He doesn't care what I do with my right hand though... LOL

I am the same way. I've had my upgrade for three years. I already want something else also. DH doesn't want me to. He said it's bad enough I don't have the ring he proposed with like my friends do. You know you get one ring and wear it forever. Not in my case.
My setting I got married with, yes. The first setting turned my finger green and wasn't good quality, so he said it was okay to change it. However, we did an upgrade for my center diamond for our two-year anniversary. I still say, had I picked the HW 3.00 pear diamond platinum wedding set from when we first got engaged, I would still have it to this day, like my friends do.
It is an illness- my DH is pretty irritated with me because I just got my first Asha, set in a solstice solitaire, and I already want something different. I already promised him that whatever I get next I will be happy with for a LONG time! Now I'm worried about actually being able to keep that promise!
Ack! I will be no help bc I have been wanting a ring like that forever! I am thinking I will wait for our 5 year anniversary to get one thought so it will be more realistic... But even when I get something off my wishlist there is always more. I do it with purses too. DH doesnt understand... He says "I just got you that one and you already want another one". I try to not let him see me looking right after new presents bc it hurts his feelings
