I thought it would be interesting to start tracking whose stealing our photos from http://BetterThanDiamond.com and http://TakaraDiamonds.com.

Previous players include WhiteFlash.com, DiamondNexusLabs.com and MoissaniteFineJewelry.com.

Our latest entrant is http://CulturedLabDiamonds.com.

Here is our original photo of a Takara lab yellow diamond ring:

Which then has become on their site:

Even better, they have completely copied our yellow diamond inventory list for some reason. Compare:

Our inventory list for lab yellow diamonds:

Our live inventory list is here for reference:Lab Yellow Diamond Inventory.

Which has transformed into their own inventory list:

Best of all, they were able to sell their yellow diamonds for $500 less than we could - amazing.

Best regards
Less

A previous entrant was http://DiamondNexusLabs.com

Here is our original photo of a pair of Asha Martini Stud earrings:

And here is how they appeared on DiamondNexusLabs.com (from roughly May 2006 until roughly 2008):

Of interest, if you look carefully you can see they had to do some work to transform the image from our original rounded corners - see the light blue arrows that show the original outline.

DiamondNexusLabs did not respond to our email to remove the stolen photo in 2006...its no longer there now, they finally took their own photo.

Best regards

Amazing! And they are not even very good with photoshop.

Drives me nuts when I see my photographs being used on others websites to promote them. One even had the audacity to use one of my DH horse photographs on their website, and it was MY horse,

Wow, talk about buyer beware.....

Here is the very source buying diamonds in Antwerp World Diamond Center Exchange.

You are now in front of Ajediam, famous Antwerp International Diamond Company, Rough Diamonds Import - Factory Cutting Polishing Diamonds, Wholesalers, located in the major International Diamond Exchange in Antwerp World Diamond Center Diamantkring, with a yearly turnover of more than 39 billion US $

And if you scroll down the page here, that asscher cut looks a heck of a lot like the BTD image. Oh wait, it is!

http://www.ajediam.com/Asscher_diamond_sizes.html

It also appears on the following pages:

http://www.ajediam.com/Diamonds_from_one_to_20ct.html
http://www.ajediam.com/loose_diamonds.html

What I find funny some will accuse sellers of diamond simulants of deceptively taking pictures of actual diamonds to sell their products. In this case, ajediam.com has been caught using pictures of a diamond simulant, Asha, in order to sell their diamonds. Lol. Busted.
