Elongated ACC - details on new cut

Hi all,
We're nearly finished with coating on our latest batch which includes the new elongated Antique Cartier Cushion cuts.
To answer the questions about what sizes and pricing etc., we have posted the new Elongated ACC page with that info and the option to preorder if you like.
We ran a smaller number of these because it is a new cut and we were unsure how they would do (though based on the ACC, we expect they will do well).
However, there will not be enough time to cut and coat a new batch before the holidays so we are opening this up for pre-orders for those who are anxious to ensure they get one.

We are coating these to H color specs, same as the ACC.
So the ACC is officially an H? The BTD page has them still as "in grading" and AshaDiamond perceives them to be an I/J. As long as the elongated ACCs are given the same amount of the coating as the ACC, I'm not particular on what the actual grade is called. That is, as long as the elongated ACCs are the same in color, I'll purchase one.
Lastly, are the culets the same size as the asha OECs?

i imagine any setting that would hold an emerald cut or a radiant will be able to hold the elongated ACC.

What type of settings does an ACC fit into?
Like if I was going to search on AD.com etc.
Will AD.com be doing a pre-order as well?
+1 I would also like to know which settings these will fit into! Can we pre-order the stone but also select a setting so that we get a complete ring?
