I want to replace the center stone in this ring because I'm just not a pale pink kinda gal. I LOVE this mounting, but need some color. So I ordered the pink flower & hearts cut, the blue topaz round and the tanzanite round. I don't know how long it's taken to get to folks, but I'm pretty excited about which one might look best. Then again, considering it's a vintage mounting, maybe this is totally NOT the way to go with this! _________________________

Joyce Joyce Omniscient Registered: 09/16/08 Posts: 2669 Loc: Pennsylania	The ring was one that I bought on the bistro and it had an 8mm CZ in it (I think it was an OEC) but I needed the money for my "dream ring" and so I sold it to Jewelcat. She had it totally made over, having it reshanked and putting the pale pink OMC stone (from Liz C) into it, but then she ended up listing it back on the bistro . . . and I bought it back! LOL And though I love, love, love the setting . . . I just can't get my heart to wrap around that pale pink (it's the second pale pink ring I've tried to love) soooo . . . if I find a new stone to put in it, the Pink Sparkling Lizzie will be up on the bistro. _________________________

That color of pale pink looks like it is RIGHT AT HOME in this setting! I bought the ring off the bistro (any one remember who I bought it from originally) then sold it to Jewelcat, then bought it back after she made some improvements to it. :o) _________________________
