Any others people can think of??

Particularly with this style mounting. It's a Stuller mount but I think it has a hallowed out shank. (Need a solid shank)

These two could have stock mountings but you have to register to see their onlie catalougue. Maybe one of the board jewelers can inquire on your behalf if you don't see what you're lookng for.
